FAQ: Good-to-know answers before you go on your glamping holiday
Do we have to bring our own bedlinen? No, bedlinen is provided, it will be ready for you on your arrival. You will need to bring your own bedlinen for children under two years if you are bringing your own travel cot.
Tip: If you don’t want to bring your own travel cot, you can book one through us.
Do we have to bring towels? No, 1 towel per guest is provided. You will have to bring your swimming pool/ beach towel.
Do you have duvets and pillows at your locations? Yes, duvets and pillows are provided.
What payment methods do you accept? We do accept credit cards or cash.
Can we stay for just one night? No, we have a 2 nights minimum stay policy for the months of may, june and september and a 5 nights minimum stay for july and august months.
What if we arrive very late? Check in is from 3pm to 8pm, if you happen to have any delay please let us know by email , phone call or text message at +33631733101.
What if we leave after the last departures time of 11 am? Check out is up to 11am, if need be to leave after that hour you can let us know, we will keep your luggages with us but you will have to leave the unit so our housekeeping can start working.
Can we drive the car up to the tent? No, you can park your car on our parking, and you will be able to transport your luggage in wheelbarrows and trolleys. We love the fact that kids can safely run everywhere around.
Can I bring a travel cot? Yes, you can fit a travel cot in the accommodation. You can also hire one from us for 5euros per day.
Can we bring our dog? Yes, we allow well behaved dogs with vaccination papers.(*Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times while onsite.)
Can we hire a BBQ? We do have a few electric plancha to hire. As we are in a fire danger zone all open air fires are prohibited.
Is there any electricity in the units? Yes, you will find electric sockets in the units.
Do you have Wi-Fi? Yes, we have a wifi zone in the open air to check your emails and get informations but as we are in a remote location it’s not as high speed as you may find in cities so it is time to relax and enjoy being in the moment and your surroundings.
Do we have to clean the unit when we leave? You will need to empty the bins, putting rubbish into a waste bag and placing it in the containers located at the exit of the parking; strip the beds; clean the kitchenette, the fridge, sweep the floor and ensure the washing up is done. If you book a few units, please make sure the right number of cutlery, chairs, etc., is put back in the right tent.
You can also take our check out cleaning for 30 euros.
Can we pitch our own tent next to the unit? No, we do not allow any other tents to be pitched.
What do we bring? Casual clothes with something warm for cool evenings, a lamp torch because night can be dark and a beach towel for the swimming pool.
